That's what she said!

Name: Anjelica
Age (please note we cannot stamp you if you are under the age of thirteen): Eighteen~
Location: Naples, Florida!

About You
Name five negatives about you: Socially awkward, indecisive, naïve, unrealistic, and reclusive at times.
Name five positives about you: Whimsical, adventurous, intelligent, compassionate, classy.
Briefly describe your personality: My close friend describes me as "an old soul," "dreamy" (as in up in the clouds, not devastatingly good-looking), and "ridiculously compassionate" is her latest addition. According to all that Myers-Briggs typology jazz, I'm an INFP (Introverted | iNtuitive | Feeling |Perceiving) and I feel it describes me eerily well!

"creative, smart, idealist, loner, attracted to sad things, disorganized, avoidant, can be overwhelmed by unpleasant feelings..."

And this one especially describes me, since I'm constantly daydreaming and personifying inanimate objects and such!

"INFPs never seem to lose their sense of wonder. One might say they see life through rose-colored glasses. It's as though they live at the edge of a looking-glassworld where mundane objects come to life, where flora and fauna take on near-human qualities."

This or That?
Hard Worker or Lazy? Hard worker, unless it's work for the sake of keeping busy. Then I'm prone to laziness.
Serious or Funny? Well being serious all of the time would be awful, so I'll say funny. There are times for both, but I'm generally more light-hearted.
Loyal or Self-Interested? Loyal.
Optimistic or Pessimistic? Optimistic.
Traditional or Unconventional? Unconventional.
Leader or Follower? Loner, more like! I can neither lead nor follow comfortable, I prefer to go my own way.

In the Office
What is your leadership style? Getting to know those you're leading is very important, I think! I would probably get to know everyone so that I'd be able to comfortably use strategies to motivate them. Also, I believe in positive reinforcement over negative. Nit-picking is the worst thing.
How would you deal with a crisis in the work place? Being calm, first and foremost. I would inform those who would help me best and those who need to know and then tackle the problem. Afterward I'd try to find out what happened to prevent it from happening again. :)
Do you like to delegate tasks, or prefer to do it all yourself? An equal mix of both! As a leader I should be able to do every task those under me are capable of, so I would be willing to get my hands dirty. I shouldn't have to do everything, but if work is needed from me, I won't hesitate.
What is more important to you, high salary or good coworkers? Good coworkers. Right now I'm not working to support myself, so I can safely say that the best part about my part-time job is the friendships that come along with it! Work is so comfortable and fun when I have coworkers I can joke around with. Being paid more would be super nice, but as it stands right now, I'd rather be happy with less money than miserable with huge paychecks.
Would you stay at a job with no chance of being promoted? Depends on the job! If it was somewhere in retail or service, I'd probably leave and try to find something better. If it were something more creative that I would actually enjoy for my entire life, I might consider staying.
Do you consider yourself ambitious? Yes!
Is there any particular character you don't relate to? There are quite a few, but I'll say Angela. She's too serious for me!
